Providing consent to direct marketing is optional and is separate from submitting a business enquiry. Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not prevent ROSY SKY from responding to your enquiry or communicating with you regarding an existing or proposed project.

ROSY SKY will not sell your personal data or provide your personal data to another organization for that organization’s own direct marketing purposes.

  • locate the relevant personal data; and

  • understand the scope of your request.

Subject to the Ordinance, ROSY SKY will normally respond to a valid data access request within 40 calendar days.

Where permitted by law, ROSY SKY may charge a fee that is not excessive and is directly related to the cost of complying with a data access request.

 

14. Recruitment Data

Personal data submitted in connection with a job application will be used for recruitment and directly related purposes, including:

  • assessing suitability for the relevant role;

  • arranging interviews and assessments;

  • verifying qualifications, experience and references;

  • communicating with the applicant; and

  • considering the applicant for other suitable vacancies, where appropriate.

Unless a longer period is required by law or agreed with the applicant, unsuccessful application data will be retained only for a reasonable recruitment-related period and will then be securely disposed of.

Information concerning an employee who joins ROSY SKY will be handled in accordance with the company’s applicable employee privacy and records-management arrangements.

 

15. Children

This website is primarily intended for corporate and business users.

ROSY SKY does not knowingly use its general business enquiry form to collect personal data directly from children.

Where personal data relating to children are required in connection with a client project or event, the collection and use of such information will be handled under the relevant project arrangements, client instructions and any applicable consent or notification requirements.
